Occupational Destinations of Postsecondary Students

Published:

The Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington partnered with ERDC to examine the occupational destinations of students leaving postsecondary programs in Washington State. These briefs offer an initial look at how newly available occupation data collected by the Employment Security Department can shed light on the first jobs for postsecondary students by credential program and the median wages they earn. The briefs report the occupations and wages in 2023 and 2024 for postsecondary students who left school in 2022 and 2023. This work is supported by funding from the Strada Education Foundation.
