Postsecondary Education Assessment in Washington State: Earnings Premium Estimates for Associate Degrees

This paper examines the earnings of workers with associate degrees from Washington state public colleges and universities compared with the earnings of workers with public high school diplomas only. It finds that male students receive more earnings benefits with an associate degree than females.
