This web page displays a log of requests for P20W data submitted to ERDC
Since January 2024, ERDC received 183 requests, approved 136 data requests and denied six (6) data requests. In this same time period, ERDC has fulfilled 130 requests. The below log displays requests received between 2024 and 2026 for P20W data submitted to ERDC.
Fulfilling an approved data request involves multiple steps at ERDC. Requesters know the status of their data request based on the Authorization Decision column and the Request Status column of the log.
Authorization Decision definitions:
- Blank: ERDC has not started reviewing this request for authorization
- Pending: ERDC has not finished reviewing this request for authorization
- Authorized: Request for individual or unredacted aggregate data has been authorized for ERDC’s fulfillment
- Approved: Request is for redacted aggregate data and is approved; these requests do not require authorization
- Denied: Request for individual or unredacted aggregate data has not been authorized for ERDC’s fulfillment
- Withdrawn: Request has been withdrawn
Request Status definitions:
- Waiting for data: assigned to ERDC staff but waiting on data to make progress
- Waiting on requester: assigned to ERDC staff but waiting on requester response to make progress
- Queue: assigned to ERDC staff, but not in progress
- In progress: ERDC staff actively working on request
- Under Review: Project awaiting authorization
- Complete: data file(s) provided to requester
- Withdrawn: data request withdrawn
