Before You Publish: Send Results for Review
If your work uses individual‑level data from ERDC, you must submit your materials for review before any public release. Use the Publication Review Request & Notification Form to provide the information needed for a timely and efficient review. The form streamlines communication with reviewers and supports ERDC to ensure your results meet privacy and disclosure requirements.
After Your Work Is Published: Notify ERDC
Help us highlight the work made possible with ERDC data. If you have used aggregate or individual-level ERDC data in a publicly available report, publication, presentation, dashboard or other type of data product, please use the Publication Review Request & Notification Form to share details and links to your final products.
Citing ERDC
Cite ERDC’s data in a reference list as follows (adding the date you received the data):
